RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Looked great in the photos, but not your cup of tea? We totally understand! We offer exchanges and returns for your meditation jewelry and handmade accessories within 30 days of your purchase date, as long as your item has not been worn or damaged.
Please email us at email@example.com to let us know why you are returning your item; we will give you a return address. We are always looking for feedback and ways to improve. Please note you are responsible for any shipping or postal fees you incur when shipping returns and exchanges back to us.
Please return your items to us through the USPS with a tracking number + insurance. We do not accept courier packages or packages sent with COD charges.
For exchanges, please include a note with your package indicating what you would like to exchange, and clearly indicate the return address. You are also required to cover the cost of shipping your new product back you. Payment options include: Paypal, VISA and MasterCard.
*We will not accept returns or exchanges on used or worn product.

If your mala breaks – don’t worry! It could actually be a good thing. When a mala breaks it represents karma breaking. It can be a positive sign of progression.
